Please note, some of these pins were marked 10 kt, this one is not but I have tested it and guarantee it is 10 kt.
Pin is of an Inuit in a canoe attached by a chain to a circle with two crossed tomahawks.
Canoe is inscribed "D of P" with "Freedom Friendship Charity" below it,
The back of the pin is imprinted with, T.O.T.E. design on the breast of an eagle. This site found on Google, searching for Degree of Pocahontas “T. O. T. This the Women's Auxiliary of The Improved Order of Red Men.  It was organized in 1885 in honor of Pocahontas. She was daughter of Chief Powhatan of the Algonquian Tribe. She befriended the early English settlers at Jamestown on 1607.
This national fraternal organization believes in Love and Respect for the American Flag, Keeping alive the customs and legends of its race and Helping those in need with organized charitable programs.

Insurance is required on items which, in my discretion, are delicate/breakable or of high value.
Insurance is added to the Handling Charge.

POSTAGE REFUNDS:
When listing an item, I guesstimate Postage/Insurance/Handling Charge.
If my guesstimate is higher than the actual cost, I refund the overcharge.

RETURN/ ADJUSTMENT POLICY

All correspondence is through eBay Messages.
If the item is not as described in the listing and/or as shown in the photos:
The Buyer is to contact me and provide me with clear concise photos of the problem within 14 days from receipt of the item. (

If the Buyer's complaint is justified, I will accept the item back and refund the cost of the item/postage/handling and the return postage.
If we are unable to agree, I will ask eBay to intercede. (
If I request the item to be returned, I will provide the Buyer with postage.
INSURANCE CLAIM
: I will file the claim.
The Buyer is Not to ship the item back unless directed so by the Seller. The Buyer is to throw nothing out.
Save the damaged item, the box it was shipped in and all the packing materials.
If the Buyer receives a damaged item, send me a description of the damage and photographs through eBay Messages. (If you are unsure what to include in the photos, contact me so I can share what is needed in your photos.)
I will file a claim with the Post Office Claims Department. They will either settle the claim or contact the Buyer asking that the damaged item, box and packing materials be brought to their local Postmaster to be inspected.
If the Claims Department asks the Buyer to do so, I would like the Buyer to let me know. I will provide the Buyer with a list describing the damage.
The Buyer is to bring to his Postmaster: (A) The list of the damage so the Postmaster can examine the item and confirm it. (B) The letter the Buyer received from the Claims Department. (C) The damaged item, box and all packaging materials.
As stated on the USPS web page under Filing Domestic Claims-Proof of Damage (usps.com/help/claims.htm#domestic),
the Buyer?s Post Office reserves the right to ask to examine the item and packaging materials.
A claim will be denied if examination is requested and the Buyer isn?t accommodating. If that is the reason for the claim?s denial, the Buyer will not receive a refund.
Refund to the Buyer is for the original cost of the damaged item.
The USPS DOES NOT reimburse the shipping cost on insurance claims.
