    Description

Antique Dominion of Canada Rifle Association Bison Bronze Awards
Up for grabs 2 solid Bronzes presented to Sergeant John Regan  1931 in Ottawa for the East and West Match and Empire match
    Founded in 1868
, the Dominion of Canada rifle Association was created to promote and encourage the training of marksmanship throughout Canada.
Did some research on Sergeant Regan, but did not come up with much, except for a bit of history of his rifleman skills
“Jack Regan made five Bisley Teams. He was crowned Canadian Fullbore Rifle Champion once, came second once and third once. He won our Grand Aggregate on one occasion and came second once.”
Some reference possibly to these two wins…”At Bisley, he won the Grand Aggregate in 1931. He made the King’s Prize Final three times and placed in the Top 50 of the Grand Aggregate twice.
Each measure 6.2 inches-base by 4 inches highest point- one bronze has a crack, but was repaired-not showing on top- bisons are solid-not base
    Great Collectibles
    Enjoy!
